Deficient DNA mismatch repair (dMMR) may be caused by germline or somatic mutations in mismatch repair genes ( MLH1 , MSH2 , MSH3 , MSH6 and PMS2 ) or through epigenetic silencing of MLH1 .1 dMMR induces a hypermutator phenotype, also known as microsatellite instability (MSI). Next-generation sequencing identifies MSI in 12 cancer types. The highest prevalence is seen in endometrial cancer (31.4%), followed by colorectal cancer (19.7%) and gastric cancer (GC, 19.1%). MSI was related to better prognosis for colorectal cancer and GC . Background Mismatch repair proteins (MMRPs) are a group of nuclear enzymes that participate in the repair of base mismatches that occur during DNA replication in all proliferating cells. The most studied MMRPs are hMSH2 and hMLH1, which are known to be highly expressed in normal tissues. A loss of MMRPs leads to the accumulation of DNA replication errors in proliferating cells. The hypothesis is that inflammatory/allergic conditions should be considered in self-reported milk intolerance (SRMI) patients who test negative and/or are asymptomatic at Lactose Hydrogen Breath Test (LHBT). We analyzed fecal calprotectin (FCP) values in SRMI patients to investigate the frequency of a “positive” intestinal inflammation marker and its correlation with lactose tolerance/intolerance. There is one independent molecule in the asymmetric unit of the title compound (alternatively namedN-hydroxyacetamide), C2H5NO2. It crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric space groupP43. The structure is an anhydrous form of acetylhydroxamic acid with typical geometry that corresponds well with the hydrated structure described by Bracher & Small [Acta Cryst.(1970), B26, 1705–1709]. In the crystal, N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds connect the molecules into chains in thec-axis direction.
Measurements of the top quark branching ratios into channels with leptons and quarks with the ATLAS detector

Measurements of the branching ratios of top quark decays into leptons and jets using events with t[bar over t] (top antitop) pairs are reported. Events were recorded with the ATLAS detector at the LHC in pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV. The collected data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 4.6 fb[superscript −1]. The measured top quark branching ratios agree with the Standard Model predictions within the measurement uncertainties of a few percent.
