New Aloes casual aliens in Sicily

Aloë arborescens, A. brachystachys and A. maculata (Asphodelaceae) are reported for the first time as casual aliens in Sicily. A. brachystachys is new also for the alien flora of Italy.
Acacia cyclops A. Cunn. ex G. Don (Leguminosae) in Italy: first cases of naturalization

The first two cases of naturalization of Acacia cyclops are reported for Italy. Young trees were observed growing in the wild some 15 years ago on Linosa (Pelagie Islands, Strait of Sicily). A decade later, this alien plant should no longer be considered as a casual, since a very intensive process of self-sown regeneration has been observed in some plantations on Lampedusa, the major island of the same Archipelago. The available literature suggests the need for careful monitoring of the ongoing invasion process, as A. cyclops has already shown a very invasive behaviour elsewhere within Mediterranean-type biomes due to its ability to withstand high environmental stresses. Sabiedrības vajadzībām nepieciešamā nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanas likums paredz nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanu sabiedrības vajadzībām labprātīgā vai piespiedu kārtā, saņemot taisnīgu atlīdzību. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt labprātīgas un piespiedu nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanas sabiedrības vajadzībām procesa ietekmi uz taisnīgas atlīdzības noteikšanu nekustamā īpašuma īpašniekam. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka slēdzot līgumu par labprātīgu nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanu sabiedrības vajadzībām, nekustamā īpašuma īpašniekam ir lielākas iespējas iegūt taisnīgu atlīdzību Sabiedrības vajadzībām nepieciešamā nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanas likuma kontekstā.

Living with a progressively disease such as Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) has a strong impact on the people affected and on their relatives, who have to tackle the demanding duties of caring for and assisting them (Tramonti et al., 2014). Many factors modulate the levels of burden in ALS’ caregivers: disease related factors, personality related factors, enviromental factors.
