A Java 3D Talking Head for a Chatbot

Facial animation is referred to all those systems per- forming the speech synchronization with an animated face model. This kind of systems are called ”Talking Head” or ”Talking Face”. In this paper a Talking Head oriented to the creation of a Chatbot is presented. It requires an in- put query and an answer is generated in form of text. The answer is transduced into a facial animation using a 3D face model whose lips movements are synchronized with the sound produced by a speech synthesis module. Current approaches to the design of educational animations too often appear to be largely founded upon intuition rather than research-based principles. Animated diagrams designed to be behaviourally realistic run the risk of learners overlooking vital high relevance information that has low intrinsic perceptual salience. The information that learners extract from such representations is a poor basis upon which to build high quality dynamic mental models. Sociālās aprūpes centra klientu veselības un sociālo aprūpi veic multidisciplināra komanda, kuras dalībnieks ir māsa, tādēļ pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot māsas līdzestību klientu adaptācijai sociālās aprūpes centrā. Tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, izstrādāta daļēji strukturēta intervija. Intervijas jautājumi tika veidoti, lai atbildētu uz pētījuma jautājumu - kāda ir māsas līdzestība klientu adaptācijas procesā sociālās aprūpes centrā? Tika intervētas divas grupas, 6 sociālā aprūpes centra klienti un 3 institūcijā praktizējošās māsas, katrai respondentu grupai bija 10 jautājumi. Il saggio di M. Kàrny ricostruisce la vicenda del "Familienlager" del settore BII2 di Auschwitz-Birkenuau, costituito nel settembre del 1943 e destinato ad accogliere poco più di 50.000 deportati provenienti dal ghetto di Theresienstadt. Tra la fine del 1943 e la primavera del 1944 vennero trasferite nel medesimo Lager altre 12.500 persone, che vi rimasero sino alla definitiva liquidazione avvenuta nel luglio 1944.
