NILLTPFN likuma prasību ievērošana Latvijas grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu uzņēmumos

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas un terorisma un proliferācijas finansēšanas novēršanas likuma prasības, aktualitātes un praksi attiecībā uz grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu uzņēmumiem Latvijā. Praktiskajā daļā veicot dažādu avotu analīzi, autore nonāca pie secinājumiem, ka NILLTFNL prasību izpilde sagādā problēmas daudziem Latvijas grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu uzņēmumiem- grūti izsekot likuma grozījumiem, subjektīva likuma izpratne, grūti noteikt savus un klienta riskus, un identificēt aizdomīgus darījumus. Autore piedāvā risinājumus, kā varētu uzlabot likuma prasību ievērošanu.

Abstract The article aims to examine an aspect pertaining to lexical neology, i.e. the lexical creativity as reflected in recent TV and online journalism. Lexical creativity articulates interdisciplinarity, the latter represents a ‛bridge‛ between the facts of language and those of style. Newly words are created by journalists to serve different purposes ranging from ludic, spontaneous, occasional to deliberate, conscious. Research on risk and industrial catastrophes question the complexity theories. Besides the concepts of complexity which lead us to reconsider concepts of risk, hazard and vulnerability, we propose to think about more practical aspects, for example the modelling of human behaviour in crisis situations. The link between concepts as critical self-organization, emergence, bifurcation, and the methods in the Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI) used to model them is however difficult. Abstract The aim of this paper is to investigate which between the entropy and resilience indices represents a better indirect measure of reliability in the framework of water distribution network design. Abstract NIMBUS is a multiobjective optimization method capable of solving nondifferentiable and nonconvex problems. We describe the NIMBUS algorithm and its implementation WWW-NIMBUS. To our knowledge WWW-NIMBUS is the first interactive multiobjective optimization system on the Internet. The main principles of its implementation are centralized computing and a distributed interface. Typically, the delivery and update of any software is problematic. The FLuorescence EXplorer (FLEX) mission proposes to launch a satellite for the global monitoring of steady-state chlorophyll fluorescence in terrestrial vegetation. Fluorescence is a sensitive probe of photosynthetic function in both healthy and physiologically perturbed vegetation, and a powerful non-invasive tool to track the status, resilience, and recovery of photochemical processes and moreover provides important information on overall photosynthetic performance with implications for related carbon sequestration. ResumenEl objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar las razones por las que las empresas manufactureras españolas conceden crédito comercial a sus clientes. Hemos analizado teórica y empíricamente 2 aspectos: el efecto producido por la crisis financiero-económica y la importancia que tiene la diversificación de la actividad y el tipo de cliente al que se le concede el crédito comercial. Objeto: La presente investigación se centra en la construcción y validación de una escala diseñada para evaluar la calidad de la clases dirigidas: Escala de Interacción en las Clases Dirigidas (EICD). Diseño/metodología/enfoque: Se trata de un estudio descriptivo correlacional. Para la elaboración de la escala se recurrió a tres fases diferenciadas en las que diferentes expertos evaluaron la adecuación de los ítems, finalmente se estudiaron las propiedades psicométricas de la versión final en una muestra de 314 socios (69.1% mujeres) con edades entre los 18 y los 77 con una media de 39.33 años (DT=12.25).
