Les lignes transversales a long parcours font partie des liaisons TET dont la convention d’exploitation signee en 2010 arrivera a echeance fin 2015. Leur desserte s’est considerablement degradee, tandis que la concurrence aerienne s’est intensifiee et que d’autres modes concurrents se font menacants (covoiturages, autocar express). Le risque majeur est que, dans un contexte budgetaire delicat, l’AO Etat jette l’eponge alors que le developpement d’autres offres semble montrer qu’un marche existe.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of an orthodontic tooth movement acceleration device (AcceleDent, OrthoAccel Technologies, Houston, Texas) when used during an aligner treatment. Materials and Methods: Adult patients who began an aligner treatment (Lineo, Micerium Lab, Avegno, Italy) were allocated to two treatment groups. For the first time, the French network of cancer registries (Francim) provides estimates for incidence and trends of HM in France between 1980 and 2012 for major HM subtypes.METHODS:Incidence was directly estimated by modeling the incidence rates measured in the cancer registry area. For each HM subtype, a "usable incidence period" was defined a priori, corresponding to the years for which all the registries collected them in a homogeneous way. We construct a map between Bloch's higher Chow groups and Deligne homology for smooth, complex quasiprojective varieties on the level of complexes. For complex projective varieties this results in a formula which generalizes at the same time the classical Griffiths Abel–Jacobi map and the Borel/Beilinson/Goncharov regulator type maps.

Development of LIBS for online analysis of solid nuclear materials

With the objective to implement a fast, online analysis technique for control of solid metal nuclear materials, laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) technique is developed for quantitative analysis in uranium and plutonium. Since these matrices have a very dense emission spectrum in the UV-Visible range, the Vacuum Ultra-Violet (VUV) spectral range, less rich in lines, is explored. The aim of this thesis is to perform the analytical development of VUV-LIBS for quantitative analysis between 500 and 5000 ppm with an uncertainty of 3%. For that purpose, four steps were defined. This thesis is about the control and characterisation of the alignment and orientation of molecules by ultra short laser pulses on a theoretical and experimental approach. Alignment corresponds to a symmetric angular distribution of the molecular axis peaked along the laser field axis, whereas orientation provides an asymmetric distribution favouring one spatial direction. Orientation by sudden two-colour (2+1) pulses is studied extensively for the non resonant case and conditions required for achieving significant orientation are explored. A second two-colour scheme, where the second harmonic is in quasi resonance with a vibrational level of the molecule, is also presented and discussed. T…
