Rørvik og Ragnar Aalbus Purriot-series (2012-) The three contemporary crime series for children and young adults in many ways follow the classic formulas of the genre but they also renew certain features.

Master´s thesis in Nordic Language and Literature Denne masteroppgaven handler om kvinneperspektivet, mytologien og naturen i Maresi-trilogien av Maria Turtschaninoff. Gjennom mine analyser har jeg funnet at forfatteren har skrevet en trilogi med et betydelig kvinneperspektiv, som jeg har valgt å se i lys av Simone de Beauvoirs teorier om kvinnefrigjøring og likestilling. Videre inneholder denne fantasyserien religioner som bærer preg av tanker hentet fra nypaganisme, wicca og andre naturreligioner. Slike tanker kan knyttes til feminisme og miljøvern. Til slutt viser mine funn at det er flere økokritiske elementer i alle verkene, og derfor kan serien kalles miljøorientert.
Ambivalent identitet. En studie av Gul bok og Hør her’a! og om bevissthet rundt litteraturarbeid i et flerkulturelt klasserom.

Master's thesis in Advanced teacher education level 8-13 (NO505) In this thesis, I have examined fathers and fatherhood in Sigrid Undset’s trilogy Kristin Lavransdatter (1920-22). The aim of the study has been to make an examination of the extent of the themes of fatherhood in the trilogy. The most central aspect in the survey is the literary analyses of the various fathers. The analytical work is based upon a wide sample of fathers. In addition, the thesis includes four parameters of care and consideration by which the fathers have been analysed.
