Il contributo considera possibilità, limiti e condizioni dell’intervento del diritto penale nell’ampio fronte delle misure di contrasto al crimine organizzato. Si nega in primo luogo che tale forma di criminalità abbia una natura meramente temporanea e contingente, e che dunque la relativa normativa di contrasto possa confinarsi ad una pur grave, ma sempre circoscritta stagione dell’emergenza. In 2003 and 2004, in the month of July, Culotta was invited, first among the various Palermitan teachers who subsequently took part in this experience, to hold one of the intensive workshop courses in Architectural Composition at the IUAV.
