In the Western countries, Scandinavia and Finland included, the legacy of the student movement of the 1960s has been extensive and established a fixed narrative of a radical movement. This article challenges the elitists and university-centred grand narrative and argues that the student movement was more multifaceted and mobilized young people of various ages and backgrounds. Internetin käytön yleistyminen ja saatavilla olevan informaation jatkuva lisääntyminen on tehnyt tiedon luotettavuuden arvioinnista entistä vaikeampaa. Internetlähteiden käyttö lukio-opinnoissa on myös lisääntynyt. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää, kuinka hyvin lukiolaiset osaavat arvioida internetlähteiden luotettavuutta. Tutkimus on osa ARONI-tutkimushanketta ja siihen osallistui 186 Hämeenlinnan ja Riihimäen alueiden lukiolaista. This qualitative multiple case study research investigated how the Finnish school system practices student leadership as a significant dimension of democracy on three school levels: primary, lower secondary and upper secondary. The study defines student leadership through the democracy issue, leadership decision making and leadership theories. Keskittymisvaikeuksia, passiivisuutta ja sitoutumattomuutta : häiriökäyttäytyminen liikunnanopetuksessa Paimion yläkoulun ja lukion oppilailla

Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää, minkälaista häiriökäyttäytymistä esiintyy ylä-koulussa ja lukion ensimmäisen vuoden oppilailla. Tämän lisäksi tarkasteltiin sukupuolten ja luokka-asteiden välisiä eroja häiriökäyttäytymisessä. Kolmantena tarkastelun kohteena oli oppilaiden kokema työrauha liikuntatunnilla. Aineisto koostuu Paimion yläkoulun 7., 8. ja 9. luokan oppilaista, Paimion lukion ensimmäisen vuosikurssin oppilaista sekä heidän liikunnanopettajistaan. Tassa tutkimuksessa selvitetaan sita, millaisia kasityksia rehtoreilla, opettajilla ja opiskelijoilla on vuorovaikutuksen mahdollistavasta toiminnasta eli yhteistyosta Lukiokoulutukseen valmistavan koulutuksen (LUVA) ja muun lukiotoiminnan valilla. Student-athletes who strive for success in high-level sports while pursuing upper secondary education may be prone to sport and school burnout. This study examined the co-developmental dynamic of sport and school burnout in Finnish adolescent student-athletes (Ntime 1  = 391; Ntime 2  = 373) across the first year of upper secondary school using cross-lagged structural equation modeling (SEM).
