Scopo. Il nostro obiettivo è stato quello di analizzare la relazione tra livelli plasmatici di vitamina D (VitD) e valori di pressione arteriosa clinica ed ambulatoria in ipertesi essenziali e di identificare un’eventuale associazione fra l’ipertensione e i polimorfismi del gene VDR, FokI e BsmI. Materiali e metodi. Abbiamo arruolato 71 ipertesi essenziali e 72 controlli di età compresa fra 18 e 75 anni. Dissolution‐corrosion (DC) represents an important factor for speleogenesis, and can be measured monitoring weight variation over time of carbonate and gypsum tablets exposed in underground environments. The oxidation of H2S produces H2SO4, which in carbonate host rock induces the surface of carbonate tablets to be rapidly corroded by sulphuric acid, whereby CaCO3 is replaced by CaSO4∙2H2O, producing a significant weight gain. The establishment of a working group on rocky coast in Italy in 2006 have permitted to organize several activities (meetings and excursions) and therefore to prepare an inventory of Italian rocky coasts. Tēžu krājumā apvienotas LU Latviešu valodas institūta rīkotās akadēmiķa Jāņa Endzelīna (1873–1961) 149. dzimšanas dienas atcerei veltītās starptautiskās zinātniskās konferences tēzes, kuras iesnieguši 36 konferences dalībnieki no Latvijas, Lietuvas un Polijas. Akadēmiķa atceres konferences tiek rīkotas jau kopš 1963. gada. 2022. gada 22.–23. februāra konference “Valodas reģionālie varianti” tika veltīta dialektoloģijai. Literatūras apskatā apkopota informācija par cietvielu kristāliskajām formām, kristalizācijas procesu un metodēm, kristālisko fāžu pētīšanas metodēm (pulvera un monokristāla rentgendifraktometriju un termisko analīzi), kā arī par 2,5- un 3,5 dihidroksibenzsokābēm. Eksperimentālajā daļā veikta 2,5- un 3,5-dihidroksibenzoskābju kristalizēšana no dažādiem šķīdinātājiem, izmantojot dažādas kristalizēšanas metodes un veikta iegūto kristālisko fāžu identificēšana ar pulvera rentgendifrakcijas metodi. Iegūtie savienojumi raksturoti ar pulvera rentgenstaru difraktometrijas, rentgenfluorescentās spektrometrijas, termiskās analīzes, Furjē tranformāciju infrasarkanās spektrometrijas un titrimetrijas metodēm.

Extremely fast Holocene coastal landscape evolution in the Kachchh Upland (NW India): Clues from a multidisciplinary review

The coastal landscape of the Kachchh Upland (KU) region (NW-India) changed over the last few thousand years from a shallow marine gulf to a salty desert (1-4 meters asl). In this area, bordered to the south by the Northern Hill Range (NHR), the tectonic-climatic interaction triggered the sea level fall from +2/4 m circa (6000-2000 BP) to zero. An ancient river pattern deposited a tidally regulated delta area during the sea level fall that stopped 2000-3000 years ago due to tectonic activity and a dry climate. Hemos denominado «exclusión discursiva» a la combinación de esta forma de exclusión de los discursos con la exclusión producido en y mediante los discursos.
