Une formation pédagogique peut-elle modifier les conceptions de jeunes enseignants universitaires sur l’apprentissage et l’enseignement ?

Nous analysons l’évolution des conceptions de l’apprentissage et de l’enseignement de jeunes enseignants universitaires à l’issue d’une formation en pédagogie universitaire, grâce à des informations de formations collectées lors de sessions de formation de l’Université de Bourgogne. Nous montrons que les conceptions à l’entrée et à la sortie de formation apparaissent variées et que celles-ci sont liées aux disciplines, à l’expérience et au projet professionnel. Les participants considèrent avoir changé de conceptions au terme de la formation. Ceux qui ont des visions nuancées et centrées d’emblée sur l’apprenant sont toutefois davantage influencés par la formation pédagogique.

An effective approach for the maintenance scheduling in large systems with required reliability level: A case study

This paper deals with the problem of the maintenance scheduling in a multi-component system for which a required reliability level has to be warranted until the next planned stop for maintenance. Particularly, the tackled problem concerns both the determination of the elements set on which to perform preventive maintenance and the optimal number of maintenance crews in order to warranty the required reliability level at the minimum maintenance cost. The dynamics of emergent magnetic quasiparticles, such as vortices, domain walls and bubbles are studied by scanning transmission X-ray microscopy (STXM), combining magnetic (XMCD) contrast with about 25 nm lateral resolution as well as 70 ps time resolution. Essential progress in the understanding of magnetic vortex dynamics is achieved by vortex core reversal observed by sub-GHz excitation of the vortex gyromode, either by ac magnetic fields or spin transfer torque. Scheren werden häufig als multifunktionale Geräte aufgefasst, deren genauere Bestimmung schwer einzugrenzen ist. Jedoch geben deren Form und technische Eigenschaften über die vorgesehene Verwendung Aufschluss. Es ist also möglich, eine neue Gliederung dieser Objekte vorzunehmen, und zwar anhand der Funktion, die sie am besten zu erfüllen scheinen. Diese Einteilung der Scheren aus den Nekropolen der Treverer wird durch die jeweils begleitenden anderen Grabbeigaben verifiziert. Das Beispiel der Scheren aus den Gräbern der Treverer macht es zudem möglich, diese Stücke anhand der sonstigen Beigaben einerseits in die Technikgeschichte und andererseits in die Sozialgeschichte einzuordnen.
