[CA] El present article es centra en la vinculació entre els diversos exemplars de Crist portacreu de Gianfrancesco Maineri i els homònims de Paolo da San Leocadio. A través de diverses comparacions, tractarà d¿explicar-se la gènesi d¿aquest model, aportant, a més, dades que permetran una millor classificació dels exemplars leocadians. Finalment, es realitzen una sèrie de reflexions entorn de l¿hipotètic retorn de San Leocadio a Itàlia (1485-1489) i a la seua possible vinculació amb Maineri.

Was there a lunar eclipse that could have influenced the outcome of the Battle of Alesia? This is the argument developed in the book by Alain Deyber and David Romeuf, «Les Derniers Jours du Siège d'Alésia». Having verified the existence of an eclipse on the date given by the authors and based on the latest publications as well as on the scientific consensus, we conduct a critical study on the chronology of the siege and on the ethnological arguments, even ethno-astronomical of the authors.

Lots of lithic tools are present in Metal Ages, but few are studied. In metal production, they are especially constitued by strike supports, abrasives, burnishers, sharpening tools and crushing tools. A part of them are in metal ( strike supports) or in ceramic (abrasives, sharpening tools). Contemporary forms of these tools are too different to permit a dierct comparison. The 8th Augustan Legion was installed at Mirebeau-sur-Bèze (Côte-d'Or) after 70 AD following the troubles that arose with the Lingons. It remained there until the time of Domitian, a period of roughly twenty years, during which time the soldiers produced tiles stamped with the name of the legion. Analysis of the dispersion of the tiles in the region around Mirebeau shows that they followed the communication routes. Consideration of the contexts in which these tiles were used, their number on each site and the resources necessary to manufacture them reveals that the 8th Legion may have played a significant role in the diffusion and adoption of tiled roofs, a construction technique that was t…
