Vanhemmuuden keskiössä ja reunamilla : elämää vammaisena vanhempana nykypäivän Suomessa

Tutkielmassani tarkastelen vammaisten ihmisten vanhemmuuden kokemuksia nykypäivän Suomessa sekä sitä, miten vammaiset ihmiset, kertoessaan vanhemmuudestaan, suhteuttavat oman itse kerrotun vanhemmuuden tarinansa ja kulturaalisesti konstruoidun vanhemmuuden mallitarinan toisiinsa. Vanhemmuuden mallitarinalla tarkoitan tässä tietyssä ajassa ja kulttuurissa määritellyksi tullutta, kaikkien kulttuurin jäsenten jakamaa käsitystä hyvästä vanhemmuudesta. Vanhemmuuden mallitarinan voi jakaa myös isyyden ja äitiyden mallitarinoiksi. Kolmiportainen tuki peruskoulussa vanhempien kokemana

Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan, miten ja millaisena alakouluikäisten lasten vanhemmat kokevat ja tietävät kolmiportaisen tuen. Tutkielman tarkoituksena oli saada lisää tietoa siitä, kuinka hyvin vanhemmat tietävät ja tuntevat kolmiportaisen tuen ja miten tyytyväisiä vanhemmat ovat lapsensa opettajaan. Tutkimukseen osallistuneet alakoulun oppilaiden vanhemmat olivat Keski-Suomesta (N=167). Aineisto kerättiin verkkokyselynä. Kyselylomakkeessa ensimmäisessä osiossa selvitettiin vanhempien taustatietoja ja heidän tietouttaan kolmiportaisesta tuesta. The effective implementation of positive behaviour intervention and support (PBIS) requires both organisational and professional change. This means that the whole community including all educators and children commit to shared principles, practices, and structures to create a safe and supportive social climate. Variational principle and bifurcations in stability analysis of panels

In this paper, the stability of a simply supported axially moving elastic panel is considered. A complex variable technique and bifurcation theory are applied. As a result, variational equations and a variational principle are derived. Anal- ysis of the variational principle allows the study of qualitative properties of the bifurcation points. Asymptotic behaviour in a small neighbourhood around an arbitrary bifurcation point is analyzed and presented. It is shown analytically that the eigenvalue curves in the (ω, V0) plane cross both the ω and V0 axes perpendicularly. As enterprises focus increasingly on core competencies, the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing between organisations is greatly enhanced. This article examines the development of knowledge sharing during the initial exploratory stages of an emerging business network. We demonstrate how the business model can serve as a tool for spanning organisational boundaries. Through developing a business model, network enterprises can learn to understand each other, create common concepts within their business network and evaluate feasibility of the endeavour. peerReviewed

Tässä työssä tutkittiin pienten ja keskisuurten (PK) yritysten kansainvälistymistä, myyntiä ja verkostoja pienen ja avoimen talouden kontekstissa. Tutkimusaukko perustui tarpeeseen tutkia miten PK -yritykset ja International New Venture (INV) -yritykset kansainvälistyvät, miten verkostoja käytetään tässä prosessissa ja miten toimialan erityispiirteet vaikuttavat käyttäytymiseen.
