Rękopisy liturgiczne źródłem do badań historycznych

Z okresu średniowiecza zachowały się liturgiczne rękopisy z wielu ośrodków kościelnych Polski i Śląska. Po dziewiętnastowiecznych sekularyzacjach dóbr kościelnych, zgromadzono je w różnych archiwach i bibliotekach. Liczne rękopisy z terenu Śląska zostały już opisane inne czekają jeszcze na analizę. W średniowiecznej liturgii korzystano z wielu ksiąg: graduałów, lekcjonarzy, ewangeliarzy, homiliarzy, psałterzy, hymnarzy, antyfonarzy, sermologów, pasjonałów, legendarzy, sakramentarzy, pontyfikałów, rytuałów, agend, martyrologium a pod koniec średniowiecza pierwszych mszałów i brewiarzy. After studying Emerico Amari’s manuscripts, kept in the Biblioteca Comunale di Palermo, in this paper the author observes the contribution of Sicilian liberalism to the economic debate carried out in the years prior to the Revolution of ‘48. The unpublished papers enhance our knowledge and describe more clearly the reformist program that liberal Palermitans, among which Francesco Ferrara is numbered, stated and sustained for about ten years in the main administrative institutions of the island. Particular attention is paid to the most debated administrative and economic issues of that period: public works and conditions of Sicilian industry.
From corona virus to corona crisis : the value of an analytical and geographical understanding of crisis

Abstract The term ‘crisis’ is omnipresent. The current corona virus pandemic is perceived as the most recent example. However, the notion of crisis is increasingly deployed as a signifier of relevance, rather than as an analytical concept. Moreover, human geography has so far little contributed to the interdisciplinary crisis research field which is fixated on the temporal aspects of crisis but neglects its spatiality. Duplicative publication requires duplicative editorializing. There are many forms of lesser redundancy such as unacknowledged secondary analyses of randomized clinical trials, fragmentation of studies with concurrent submission to various journals, and serial updating of observational studies. These practices result in publication bias. We have revised our instructions to authors to include disclosure of similar articles that are published, in press, or submitted to other journals to the editors upon submission.
