Esta investigación tiene como objetivo estudiar las pautas que rigieron los exilios de los marinos de la Armada de la II República y dar coherencia a sus diferentes recorridos dentro del movimiento exiliar tras el fin de la contienda. Este artículo es el resultado de un estudio sobre el grupo de marinos de la Armada de la II República que, tras marchar al exilio en 1939, reemigraron a México. El exilio a México es una emigración tradicionalmente vinculada a personalidades intelectuales. Sin embargo, la mayoría fueron exiliados de a pie y constituye un colectivo poco conocido. Los marinos de la Armada se enmarcan en este grupo y su estudio puede contribuir a una aproximación a esta parte casi olvidada del exilio republicano a México.

Taxonomy and ecology of metazoan parasites of otariids from Patagonia, Argentina : adult and infective stages

At present, the metazoan parasite fauna of most species of otariids is generally poorly known, in part because these marine mammals are mostly protected and, therefore, sampling is limited to specimens stranded on the coast or captured as by-catch in fisheries. Similar problems also occur for the larval stages of gastrointestinal helminths of otariids. For most of these parasite species, the specific identity of the intermediate/paratenic of hosts is unknown and, therefore, many stages of their life cycles remain to be described.
