Cell state prediction through distributed estimation of transmit power

Determining the state of each cell, for instance, cell outages, in a densely deployed cellular network is a difficult problem. Several prior studies have used minimization of drive test (MDT) reports to detect cell outages. In this paper, we propose a two step process. First, using the MDT reports, we estimate the serving base station’s transmit power for each user. Second, we learn summary statistics of estimated transmit power for various networks states and use these to classify the network state on test data. Towards sustainable servicescape : tourists’ perspectives of accommodation service attributes

The study uses content analysis to identify the sustainable attributes in 678 accommodation reviews from Finnish and Russian tourists published on the Tripadvisor website and examines the sustainability perceptions of these tourist groups. The servicescape framework was applied to the structuring of the attributes indicating sustain-ability in accommodation services. The sustainable attributes highlighted in the reviews were more frequently in the physical rather than in the social servicescape factor. Suomi oli neuvostoliittolaisille tärkein turistikohde kapitalististen maiden joukossa ja neuvostoliittolaiset olivat yksi suurimmista matkustajaryhmistä Suomeen kylmän sodan ajanjaksolla. Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan Suomalaisen Kirjallisuuden Seuran kansanrunousarkiston ja Tuglas-seuran keräämää muistitiedon kilpakeruuaineistoa suomalaisten Viron-matkoista vuosilta 2009-2010. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää, millainen kuva suomalaisten matkailusta Neuvosto-Viron aikaiseen Tallinnaan rakentuu heidän muistelukerronnassaan, eli millaisia asioita muistelijat ovat kokeneet merkityksellisiksi jakaa matkastaan. COVID-19 hit the global economy hard in early 2020, and airline industry was among the biggest commercial victims. Governments closed borders, the virus scared off travelers and the aircraft stayed on the ground to a large extent. The forecasted record year turned out to be the worst in the history of aviation. This study focused on the concerns of airline customers and analyzed the differences between the customer behavior in two focus markets, Finland and Sweden.
