The relations in the so-called ‘didactic triangle’ form the basic framework for the analysis of two episodes in which upper secondary school teachers discuss and prepare tasks for classroom use. Sin embargo, los cambios sociales y la mutación de las estructuras administrativas llevan a buscar nuevos cauces para la resolución de los conflictos con la Administración. La mediación se ha visto fuertemente impulsada por la Unión Europea y en el ámbito interno, el Consejo General del Poder Judicial ha propiciado la incorporación de la mediación administrativa mediante proyectos pilotos que impulsan el consenso.
Disentangling relations between the desirability of the thin-ideal, body checking, and worry on college women's weight-loss dieting

The study used self-regulation theory to elucidate the relationships between the desirability of the thin-ideal goal, dispositional worry, body checking and weight-loss dieting (WLD) in college women. We hypothesized that body checking would mediate the relationship between the desirability of the thin-ideal goal and WLD: the desire to be thin would be associated with more WLD through more frequent body checking. We also hypothesized that dispositional worry would moderate this mediation pathway, such that the mediation pathway would be stronger for those higher in worry. The present work was aimed at investigating whether the patients’ involvement by their healthcare providers may satisfy patients’ fundamental psychological needs (i.e. self-esteem, belonging, control, meaningful existence), which in turn, can impact their psychological well-being. Based on the European Quality of Life Survey data, the sample included 10,427 European adults who, in the last 12 months, visited GP/family doctors and hospital/medical specialists. Among them, 51.3% declared to have a chronic disease. In order to gain more knowledge on how the positive leadership concept of authentic leadership impacts follower strain, this study tries to uncover procedural justice as an underlying mechanism. In contrast to previous work, we exclusively base our theoretical model on justice theories. Specifically, we hypothesize that authentic leadership negatively predicts emotional exhaustion through perceptions of procedural justice. We assume that this indirect effect is conditional on followers’ amount of emotional demands, and that the procedural justice-emotional exhaustion relationship is stronger when emotional demands are high.
