Kvalifikācijas darbā “Interneta veikala dzinis” aprakstīta interneta veikalu dzinēja izstrāde. Sistēmas mērķis ir izveidot atvērta pirmkoda dzinēju, kas dot iespēju paātrināt interneta veikalu izstrādi nodrošinot visbiezāk pieprasītas sistēmas prasības. Sistēma ir izstrādāta Ruby programmēšanas valodā, ar Ruby on Rails ietvara palīdzību. Sistēmas izstrāde notika pēc spējās (Agile) programmatūras izstrādes pieejas.

Daudzplakņu ekrāna meklēšanas uzdevums binokulāros un monokulāros apstākļos

Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 30 lappusēm. Tas satur 17 attēlus un 54 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis bija izpētīt vizuālās meklēšanas uzdevuma izpildes atšķirības monokulāros un binokulāros apstākļos, cilvēkiem aplūkojot daudzplakņu ekrāna attēlus. 15 pētījuma dalībnieki veica vizuālās meklēšanas uzdevumus. Tika mainīti trīs parametri: mērķa-distraktora līdzība, elementu skaits un skatīšanās apstākļi. Meklēšanas uzdevumā dalībniekiem bija jāatrod mērķa elements un jānosaka tā relatīvā atrašanās vieta ekrānā. Rezultātā tika secināts, ka, palielinoties mērķa-distraktora līdzībai un elementu skaitam, meklēšanas sniegums samazinās gan monokulāros, gan binokulāros …

Healthy people can walk nearly effortlessly thanks to their instinctively adaptive gait patterns that tend to minimize metabolic energy consumption. However, the economy of gait is severely impaired in many neurological disorders such as stroke or cerebral palsy (CP). Moreover, self-selected asymmetry of impaired gait does not seem to unequivocally coincide with the minimal energy cost, suggesting the presence of other adaptive origins. There is limited evidence about gait stability and its alteration by concurrent motor and cognitive tasks in children with cerebral palsy (CP). We examined gait stability and how it is altered by constrained cognitive or motor task in CP and their typically developed (TD) controls. Introduction The BRAFV600 mutation, expressed in approximately 50% of melanomas, mediates constitutive activation of the BRAF-MEK-ERK in the MAPK signalling pathway and therefore tumour proliferation. Rapid and high rate of clinical responses can be achieved by targeting this axis using BRAF V600 inhibitor (BRAFi) as single therapy or the combination of BRAFi and MEKi (BRAFi/MEKi). But still disease progresses in the majority of treated patients due to acquired resistance in tumour cells. Combining targeted therapy with immunotherapy is proposed to improve the long-term outcomes of patients. However, there is a lack of information on important rainfall components viz. throughfall, interception and stemflow in forest watersheds particularly in developing countries. Theory for polaritonic quantum tunneling

I investigate the tunneling decay rate of a polaritonic system formed by a strong coupling between a vacuum cavity mode and $N$ metastable systems. Using a simple model potential, I find the instanton solutions controlling the low-temperature tunneling rate. The resulting rate modification due to the cavity is proportional to the mean of the second power of the light-matter coupling. No collective effect that would enhance the rates by a factor of $\sqrt{N}$ is present, which is in line with the results in the thermal activation regime.
