Memetic Algorithms (MAs) are population-based metaheuristics composed of an evolutionary framework and a set of local search algorithms which are activated within the generation cycle of the external framework, see [376]. Research on early medieval and medieval archaeoiogical and anthropological cemeteries is not the easiest. Archaeoiogical and anthropological research in Byczyna showed how valuable e data from cemetery research is, how much we can leam about the community living in medieval cities. Analyzing bone material at the preliminary stage of research, it can beseen that the health condition of the inhabitants of medieval Byczyna was not good. Almost half of the examined skeletons have traces of various diseases, especially degenerative diseases and injuries. There were also cases of conditions that indicate that the diet of the dead did not have basie nutrients.

The paper deals with different possibilities of using humor in Internet memes to enrich teaching culture to students of diverse backgrounds. Selected examples of image macros connected with particular holidays celebrated in Poland were analyzed and presented as a potential illustrative material for discussions about various, sometimes even sensitive subjects such as religion or taboos. The analysis undertaken in the article focuses on a group of memes selected from the database which drew on culture-specific references. Specifically, they embrace the memories of socialist times and call on references to comic films and easily recognized characters in order to bring out the re-discovered absurdity of the current Covid situation. The aim of the paper is to show the Polish story of the COVID-19 pandemic as seen through a humorous looking glass. Different stages of coronavirus presence in the media and social discourse have been accompanied by the appearance and development of jokes and memes, which illustrate the rapidly changing pandemic situation.
