Abstract This paper analyzes and reflects on the treatment of the right to protest during the state of alarm and health crisis in jurisprudence. The cases related to the freedom of demonstration have given rise to judicial pronouncements in different courts, where arguments related to the concern about the logical limitations of the right, that the health crisis would impose, with the need to prevent an excessive interpretation of the state of alarm leading to the de facto suspension of the fundamental right. Cardiac arrhythmia substrates may be treated by intracardiac ablations which consist in burning specific atrial or ventricular endocardial substrates. Created lesions which are not transmural may be responsible for arrhythmia recurrences. To date, the depth of the lesion inside the endocardium can't be assessed accurately during the procedures. Our experimental work has focused on microwave characterization of biological tissues (in vitro) to assess the burn depth. Using a reflection technique with a coaxial probe in contact with tissues, measurements were made over a wide frequency range (100 MHz to 6 GHz). Analytical precision of the isotope ratios measured by quadrupole-based ICP-MS is drastically controlled by the low- frequency noises which originate from nebulisation and vaporisation processes, and from sample introduction systems. The unde- sirable influence of these latter can be however reduced by choosing efficiently the operating parameters. Abstract A miniaturized Mossbauer spectrometer, adapted to the Earth’s conditions from the instrument developed for Mars space missions, has been used for the first time to study in situ variations with depth and transformations with time of iron minerals in a gleysol. The instrument is set into a PVC tube and can be moved up and down precisely (±1 mm) at the desired depth. Mossbauer spectra were obtained from 15 to 106 cm depth and repeated exactly at the same point at different times to follow mineralogical transformations with time.
