Uncertainty evaluation in load flow analysis: real MV distribution networks case studies

This work investigates the measurement uncertainty impact on load flow analysis in medium voltage (MV) distribution networks. The considered algorithm is a simplified load flow algorithm (LFA), developed by authors, which is based on the load power measurements at each secondary substation and one voltage measurement at the slack bus (i.e. the voltage at the MV bus bars of the primary substation). In the viewpoint of a real implementation, to reduce monitoring system costs, the LFA makes use of low voltage (LV) load power measurements for all the substations except those of MV users, where MV transducers are usually already installed. This chapter discusses the results of a series of data on the syntax of subject clitic pronouns in Venetan dialects. The data were gathered through a crowdsourcing tool (google modules), and more than 700 participants took part in the inquiry. The data collection asked for grammaticality judgements on a series of contexts. The main research question was whether the syntax of subject clitics is changing in the language of the younger generation: this question is particularly important because the distribution of the Venetan varieties througout the Veneto region is changing, due to the increasing influence and presence of Italian, which is the L1 of most of the younger speakers. Measurement of an Excess in the Yield of J/ψ at Very Low pT in Pb-Pb Collisions at √sNN = 2.76 TeV

We report on the first measurement of an excess in the yield of J=ψ at very low transverse momentum (pT < 0.3 GeV=c) in peripheral hadronic Pb-Pb collisions at √sNN=2.76 TeV, performed by ALICE at the CERN LHC. Remarkably, the measured nuclear modification factor of J=ψ in the rapidity range 2.5 <y< 4 reaches about 7 (2) in the pT range 0–0.3 GeV=c in the 70%–90% (50%–70%) centrality class. The J=ψ production cross section associated with the observed excess is obtained under the hypothesis that coherent photoproduction of J=ψ is the underlying physics mechanism. Kolmevuotiaiden päiväkotilasten mitattu fyysinen aktiivisuus

Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää kolmevuotiaiden lasten fyysisen aktiivisuuden määrä ja intensiteetti sekä selvittää täyttyvätkö alle kouluikäisten Varhaiskasvatuksen liikunnan suositukset (2005) kahden tunnin reippaasta päivittäisestä liikunnasta tutkimukseen osallistuvilla lapsilla. Tutkimuksessa vertailtiin myös poikien ja tyttöjen sekä arki- ja viikonlopun päivien välisiä eroja. Aineisto kerättiin 14 vapaaehtoisesta päiväkodista elokuusta lokakuuhun 2010. Lasten fyysinen aktiivisuus mitattiin ActiGraph GT3Xkiihtyvyysmittareilla viiden peräkkäisen päivän ajan.
