The paper demonstrates the methodologic aspect of the Polish sociologic research on the Silesian region in the interwar period. Referring to pre-sociologic and sociologic research, it depicts the methodologic foundations and intellectual perspectives that were conceptualised by ludwik krzy-wicki and constitute the cognitive basis for the construction of the knowledge about Silesia – they are defined as the object analysis current and the subject analysis current. Technical, tactical and spatial indicators related to goal scoring in European elite soccer

The aim of this study was to describe the technical, tactical and spatial indicators related to goal scoring in elite European soccer, considering the type of defence and the positioning of the opponent. For the analysis, 8 tactical dimensions related to the final actions in 380 sequences that led to goal during the UEFA Champions League were evaluated by observational methodology. 75.9% of the goals were scored from open play and 24.1% were scored from set pieces. Collective actions produced 51.6% of the total goals while individual actions produced 10.5% of goals. Opiskelija-arvioinnilla on merkittävä asema kaikkialla koulumaailmassa, niin myös suomalaisessa lukiossa. Vaikutusvaltaisesta roolistaan huolimatta arviointia ja sen käytännön toteutusta lukiossa tai lukion kieltenopetuksessa on tutkittu niukasti. Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli tutkia kyselylomakkeen avulla, kuinka lukiolaiset (146 lukiolaista yhdestä koulusta) itse kokivat arvioinnin osana englannin opintojaan, millaisia arviointimenetelmiä he olivat kohdanneet ja mitä niistä he pitivät hyödyllisinä. Le sociologie costruzioniste – e, in particolare, interazionismo simbolico, etnometodologia, fenomenologia – hanno operato la resa dei conti con gli approcci positivisti. Fabio Ciaramelli’s book L’ordine simbolico della legge e il problema del metodo proposes a convincing methodological perspective for legal knowledge in contemporary constitutional democracies. The central claim is that a middle path between strong objectivism and absolute discretion exists. Ciaramelli thinks that the key concept for legal methodology is that of “symbolic order”. In this paper I deal with this notion and try to emphasize some features of it from a perspective slightly different from Ciaramelli’s one.
