Hyväksymis- ja omistautumisterapiaa on käytetty laajasti erilaisten psyykkisten ongelmien hoidossa, niin aikuisilla kuin lapsilla. Viimeaikaisista tutkimuksista HOT:n periaatteiden soveltamisesta nukkumisongelmien ja unettomuuden hoitoon on saatu lupaavia tuloksia. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää ryhmämuotoisen Hyväksymis- ja omistautumisterapian vaikutuksia unettomuuden hoidossa. Tutkimukseen osallistuneista 32 henkilöä kuului koeryhmään ja 33 tutkittavaa kontrolliryhmään. Hoito suoritettiin ryhmämuotoisena terapiana, joka sisälsi yhteensä kuusi kertaa, joista ensimmäinen tehtiin yksilöllisellä puhelinhaastattelulla. La ricerca analizza sia i processi macrosociali, riferiti alla comunità, sia i processi micro, propri della dinamica di coppia. Per i primi abbiamo esaminato la percezione di diversità che può scaturire dalle dinamiche intergruppali e l’identità di luogo (intesa come radicamento nel nuovo contesto di accoglienza); per le dinamiche di coppia si sono prese in esame l’impatto che la presenza dei figli genera sulla dinamica di coppia e gli stili educativi adottati. Coerentemente con il metodo d’indagine della ricerca qualitativa, sono state intervistate 22 coppie miste residenti in Sicilia. Objective Clinical perfectionism has been found to be a risk and maintaining factor in eating disorders (EDs), compulsive exercise, and athlete burnout. This study investigated whether an unguided internet cognitive–behavioral treatment (ICBT) for perfectionism would reduce ED pathology, compulsive exercise, and burnout in individuals who engage in regular exercise. Tarkastelimme valmentajien ja joukkuevoimistelijoiden sanallisia vuorovaikutustapoja ja niiden yhteyksiä joukkuevoimistelijoiden arvioimaan motivaatioilmastoon, osallistumisaktiivisuuteen ja viihtymiseen harjoituksissa. Tutkimusaineisto koostui 4 naisvalmentajan videokuvatuista harjoituksista ja heidän 37 joukkuevoimistelijansa kyselyaineistosta. Muscle balance is an important factor for decreasing injury risks among sports, as weak ago-nist-antagonist strength ratio may predispose to injuries. Hamstring-to-quadriceps (H/Q) strength ratio has been studied in several sports in order to describe the muscular balance of thighs. During pubertal longitudinal growth, hamstrings may be weaker due to the mechanical stress of growth. As both hamstring flexibility and knee extension strength are important for aesthetic group gymnastics (AGG), the H/Q strength ratio might be expected to be low among this sport.
