An Instrument-Assisted coracoid pain test: an exploratory diagnostic accuracy study

The coracoid pain test (CPT) could contribute to the diagnosis of frozen shoulder (FS) with palpation. However, due to assessor performance these values might be unreliable. Therefore, the aim was to explore the diagnostic accuracy of an instrument-assisted CPT and two alternative approaches (pain severity and side comparison) for assistance in the diagnosis of FS. Patients with FS and healthy age-matched controls were recruited. All participants underwent the instrument-assisted CPT on both shoulders with a pressure algometer. Con l'art. 16, commi 12-quater - 12-undecies, del d.1. 29 novembre 2008, n. 185, convertito in 1. 28 gennaio 2009, n. 2, sono stati disposti la soppressione del libro dei soci nella s.r.1. ed il trasferimento delle sue funzioni al registro delle imprese. Il lavoro affronta in prima lettura le conseguenze di tale precipitosa innovazione e le possibili solluzioni ai problemi che essa pone nella circolazione delle quote societarie.

Milano, la quale affronta due temi centrali della interpretazione delle disciplina delle s.r.l., quale risultanate dalla riforma del 2003: 1) se accanto alla legittimazione del singolo socio ad intraprendere l'azione di responsabilità sociale nei confronti degli amministratori, contempalat dall'art. 2476 c.c., si debba ritenere sussistente, pur nel silenzione della norma, anche quella concorrente della società; 2) se, nell'ipotesi affermativa, l'azione debba essere necessariamente deliberata dalla compagine sociale.

We present a network agent-based model of ethnocentrism and intergroup cooperation in which agents from two groups (majority and minority) change their communality (feeling of group solidarity), cooperation strategy and social ties, depending on a barrier of “likeness” (affinity). Our purpose was to study the model’s capability for describing how the mechanisms of preexisting markers (or “tags”) that can work as cues for inducing in-group bias, imitation, and reaction to non-cooperating agents, lead to ethnocentrism or intergroup cooperation and influence the formation of the network of mixed ties between agents of different groups.
