El artículo ofrece una perspectiva para el estado de la cuestión del estudio de la fiesta en España, desde la sociología y la antropología. Se constata cómo tras algunos trabajos pioneros, la fiesta se convierte en objeto legítimo de estudio durante la década de los ochenta y los noventa. Las transformaciones experimentadas por el ritual festivo en condiciones de modernidad se plasman en una diversificación de metodologías y en un viraje epistemológico. The paper deals with the subject of cooperativism focusing on a view of the co-operative system in Brazil, as well as the process of formation and consolidation of the models and the influences of the different aspects of co-operative thought. We then present an analysis of the process of economic modernisation and the transformations in the co-operative system in the 70s to 90s decades, and lastly, we analyse the current tendencies and challenges for cooperativism in Brazil.
