Financial inclusion and exclusion across Mexican municipalities

Although in recent years there has been a growth in banking services in Mexico, there is still a significant delay in terms of financial inclusion, which is also very uneven across municipalities. In this context, this paper analyses some of the factors that determine the probability of a municipality being financially included. The results show that financially included municipalities have a large number of inhabitants and high levels of income and education. The analysis also distinguishes between municipalities according to the region in which they are located and to their type of population. Opinnäytetyössä suunniteltiin ja toteutettiin tiedonkeruujärjestelmä omakotitalon lämmitysjärjestelmälle, jonka muodostavat maalämpöpumppu, aurinkokeräimistö ja vesikiertoinen kamina. Lämminvesivaraajan ja tilojen lämmityksen lisäksi aurinkokeräimistö ja kamina pystyvät esilämmittämään maalämpöpumpun keruunestettä ja lämmittämään lämpöpumpun maapiiriä. A Review of Biosensors for Non-Invasive Diabetes Monitoring and Screening in Human Exhaled Breath

Exhaled breath acetone has been identified as a diabetes biomarker for non-invasive diagnosis. Its detection using biosensors features has many advantages over the conventional means. This paper reviews the recent literature on the detection of exhaled breath acetone and acetone vapor of diabetic interest. The biosensors have been classified based on their transduction methods. The performance characteristics of the biosensors have been explored for comparison. The future trends are also highlighted.
Isometric force-time parameters in monitoring of strength training : with special reference to acute responses to different loading resistances

The aim of the present series of studies was to investigate acute neuromuscular responses to (1) different strength training loadings and using (2) different external resistances. In addition, chronic adaptations and dynamic performances were compared to (3) the changes in isometric force-time parameters at the group level, and to (4) the individual timing of the improvement in the rate of force development (RFD) due to hypertrophic or maximum strength followed by power strength training periods. One of the 2009 Lisbon Treaty's objectives was to enhance the coherence of EU-level foreign relations by improving collective action. Policy-level innovations included ‘comprehensive’ and ‘joined-up’ approaches linking EU instruments and actors, especially the Commission and the new European External Action Service. Have these reforms improved policy coherence? We focus on a key EU policy domain illustrating Europe's engagement with the changing global context: the security–development nexus.
