Abstract. The taxon specificity of fatty acid composition in algal classes suggests that fatty acids could be used as chemotaxonomic markers for phytoplankton composition. The applicability of phospholipid-derived fatty acids as chemotaxonomic markers for phytoplankton composition was evaluated by using a Bayesian fatty acid-based mixing model. Darba rakstīšanas laikā tika izpētīts budisms Tan dinastijas laikā Ķīnā, lai radītu vispārīgu priekšstatu par to, kādu lomu šī reliģija ieņēma konkrētajā Ķīnas vēstures posmā. Tika aplūkotas budisma un čaņbudisma pamatidejas, kā arī padziļināti izpētīti dzejnieka Van Vei darbi, lai saprastu, kāpēc viņa dzejā ir sastopami budisma motīvi, kur tie parādās un kā tos interpretēt.
