The subject of the article is the ‘memory war’ over the memory of the Civil War of 1918 in Vyborg, and the displaced Karelians’ experience in the time of diaspora. Until the wars of 1939–1945 the culture of remembrance of the Civil War was divided in Vyborg and in Finland and many truths of the war were maintained in the Red’s and White’s own groups. The article details how the dichotomous history culture of Civil War memories has slowly transformed into a diversified and critical analysis over the past one hundred years. Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan Suomalaisen Kirjallisuuden Seuran kansanrunousarkiston ja Tuglas-seuran keräämää muistitiedon kilpakeruuaineistoa suomalaisten Viron-matkoista vuosilta 2009-2010. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää, millainen kuva suomalaisten matkailusta Neuvosto-Viron aikaiseen Tallinnaan rakentuu heidän muistelukerronnassaan, eli millaisia asioita muistelijat ovat kokeneet merkityksellisiksi jakaa matkastaan. Tutkimusaineisto koostuu 23 suomalaisen muistelijan matkakertomuksesta, jotka käsittelevät Neuvosto-Tallinnaa ja sijoittuvat vuosien 1965-1989 väliselle ajalle. Tutkimukseni käsittelee teleasentajien työn muutosta ja heidän kokemuksiaan siitä noin vuosiluvuilta 1970-2010. Telealan kehitys on ollut nopeatempoista, joten miten alalla pitkän työuran tehneet henkilöt ovat pysyneet mukana? Kuinka heidän työnsä ja työelämänsä ovat muuttuneet aikajakson aikana, mitä he ovat kokeneet muutosten aikana, ja miten he suhtautuvat näihin muutoksiin? Millä tavalla teleasentajan työ 2010-luvulla eroaa 1970-luvun työstä? Tutkielma on jatkoa tekijän kandidaatintutkielmalle. The present article is about the use of biographic methods and oral history, and its contribution to developing processes of critical reflection and reflexivity. It is based on a set of oral data collected from Portuguese social workers who played an active role in the revolutionary phase during the transition from dictatorship to democracy in Portugal (following the 25th April 1974 military coup). In the Western countries, Scandinavia and Finland included, the legacy of the student movement of the 1960s has been extensive and established a fixed narrative of a radical movement. This article challenges the elitists and university-centred grand narrative and argues that the student movement was more multifaceted and mobilized young people of various ages and backgrounds. Neutron-Induced Effects on a Self-Refresh DRAM

International audience; The field of radiation effects in electronics research includes unknowns for every new device, node size, and technical development. In this study, static and dynamic test methods were used to define the response of a self-refresh DRAM under neutron irradiation. The neutron-induced effects were investigated and characterised by event cross sections, soft-error rate, and bitmaps evaluations, leading to an identification of permanent and temporary stuck cells, single-bit upsets, and block errors.
