Med utgangspunkt i konsertpraksisen til to band; det britiske pop/rock-bandet Coldplay og det lokale prog metal-bandet Rendezvous Point fra Kristiansand, har jeg forsøkt å besvare problemstillingen: Hva preger dialogiske samspill mellom musikere og publikum på konsert? Letting Art Teach Aesthetics, Math and Language

This papers presents a practical work model as well as an educational theory discussion on the status and potential of art work in teaching and learning math in early childhood education. The central idea is to let the child’s free creative art activity reveal, or “teach”, whatever mathematical thinking was inherent in the creative process. Paying careful attention to art and math adequate language in “meta talks” with children about their art work, is found to be a rich tool in enhancing the young learner’s development of aesthetic, numeric and linguistic literacies in gainful interplay. An Icy Force Both Foul and Fair : The Theme of Love Versus Fear in the Dutch Bubbed Version of Disney's Frozen

This study compares the songs from the original, English-language version of the 2013 Disney film Frozen to those of the Dutch dubbed version, investigating how the thematic representation of love and fear differ between these versions. To support this inherently qualitative analysis, this study employs the triangle of aspects, an analytical model that identifies certain aspects and variables central to animated musical film dubbing, allowing a quantification of differences between dubbed versions. Fra i vari temi, vengono affrontate le questioni relative alle rapporto con la cultura della Repubblica di Weimar, alle grandi mostre di Monaco (Entartete Kunst, 1937) e Duesselforf (Entartete Musik, 1938), nonché della produzione musicale all'interno del ghetto di Theresienstadt.

This chapter is based on two studies which aim to provide knowledge about the position of singing in Norwegian kindergartens and schools: (a) a national quantitative cross-sectional survey with kindergarten teachers and primary school/lower secondary school teachers, and (b) case studies in selected kindergartens and schools, where the data collection consisted of participatory observation and interviews with leaders and teachers.
