This paper is based on the premise that “some of the basic skills needed to understand film and television are identical to those necessary for natural visual perception” (Grodal 1999: 76). Perception is an unconscious and natural way of interpreting our environment based on prior experience and learning. Firms are dynamic entities in continuous change. This dynamism can lead to an improvement or worsening of the firm. Only in the first situation we can say that a firm is developing. The notion of firm's development does not have in literature an univocal interpretation and for this reason the first aim of the article is to illustrate an interpretation for a better understanding of this notion, which remains incomplete without appropriate instruments for the representation and evaluation of firm's development. En este ensayo se reconstruye el recorrido narrativo de Christa Wolf desde una perspectiva que propongo definir como destitución mitológica. Se fijan cuatro estaciones correspondientes con las cuatro novelas cruciales en la biografía literaria de la autora. La primera es El cielo partido, en la que Wolf trabaja con el concepto de Vergangenheitsbewältigung, es decir: una elaboración del pasado que permite su superación. The Construction of Collective Memory: from Franco to Democracy

Collective memory is neither spontaneous nor random, but the result of a series of selective practices. It establishes group identity and sets power relations between groups. The author considers the process of selection through a case study of the transformation of Franco’s regime in Spain into a democracy. Collective memory of the time is shown to be organized around an event (the Munich Coalition or contubernio) and around the democratic transition. Digital Storytelling Project as a Way to Engage Students in Twenty-First Century Skills Learning

[EN] This paper is focused on the implications of a collaborative digital storytelling project on student engagement in the higher education context. The empirical study is conducted with an interdisciplinary group of bachelor students in a Nordic University (N = 22) and a university in Southern Europe (N = 21), and the data are collected through an online student survey. The results demonstrate that the digital storytelling project supported students’ behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagement.
