Bezpieczeństwo państwa a mniejszości narodowe

National minorities, either today and in the past, certainly can be considered as a potential source of various types of threats to the security of State. Rola i znaczenie norm regionalnych w systemie norm prawa międzynarodowego publicznego
2017
W Karcie Narodów Zjednoczonych dostrzeżono rolę i znaczenie norm regionalnych, z jednoczesnym zaznaczeniem niesprzeczności tych norm z postanowieniami wynikającymiz Karty Narodów Zjednoczonych.

Institutional Logics and the Internationalization of a State-Owned Enterprise : Evaluation of International Venture Opportunities by Telecom Finland …
2020
We contribute to the research on internationalization of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) by studying the coevolution of state governance of SOEs and SOEs’ evaluation of international venture opportunities during a shift in dominant institutional logic from state to market logic. Using a novel digital historical method to study Telecom Finland, we argue that as state governance mechanisms change due to a logic shift, rationales underlying SOEs’ internationalization can significantly change and impact SOEs’ geographical and partner preferences. However, a logic shift also affords SOEs significant influence over the formation of new state governance policies under the new dominant logic. peerRe…

Brand social representations: strategic perspectives for a fitness club
2009
International audience; The aim of this study was to identify an accurate tool to enable fitness club managers to discover those opinions or stereotypes which represent obstacles to joining their organisations. Starting with brand image, the analysis then considered social representations as relevant constructs for apprehending these opinions or prejudices. The procedure combining these two stages represented a diagnostic tool for identifying the attractive and un…
