In the aftermath of the First World War, constitutions of European states were widely democratized and parliamentarized, and similar turns were expected in international relations as a consequence of the creation of the League of Nations. This comparative analysis of Swedish and Finnish parliamentary debates on the League membership focusing on conceptualizations of the national versus international demonstrates how democratization and internationalization merged discursively. The aim of this study is to present general description of the bankruptcy and restructuring law in Poland. The insolvency law is of fundamental importance to business transactions and investment security. The law on bankruptcy and entrepreneurs’ restructuring is increasingly perceived as an important factor in encouraging economic development and investment as well as a factor favouring entrepreneurs’ activity and preservation of jobs. Substantive condition of the bankruptcy and restructuring law has a very real impact on the economy.

La producción libraria de Alfonso X testimonia la simbiosis perfecta entre las funciones de gobierno y la labor intelectual y sistematiza su ideario político y cultural, no solo en texto, sino también en imagen. A partir de las miniaturas liminares de los códices regios, se evidencia que el motivo icónico privilegiado en la representación personal de Alfonso X es el rey con el libro: se analizan las distintas variantes de este modelo iconográfico que estampa la amplia gama de atribuciones que conforman el concepto de autoría alfonsí y consolida el modelo de la realeza sapiencial castellana.

After several decades of intensive research, the definition and assessment of immigrants’ integration remains elusive. This paper reviews the most commonly used scales for measuring service quality in sustainable tourism destinations to analyse if the requirements of tourists with special needs are considered. Results highlight that most of the recent research on service quality in tourism published in scientific journals is focused on a relative reduced number of validated scales. Variables related to tourists with special needs are often omitted or represent a reduced weight in the complete scale. The adverse effects of opioids on gastrointestinal function are mediated by the interaction with opioid receptors in the gastrointestinal tract. The most common drugs used for relieving OIC are laxatives, which do not address the opioid receptor-mediated bowel dysfunction and do not provide sufficient relief.
