Isothermal equation of state and phase stability of Fe 5 Si 3 up to 96 GPa and 3000 K

The composition of Earth's core has first-order implications for understanding the thermal and chemical history of the deep Earth. The present work measures the pressure-volume equation of state of Fe5Si3 to 96 GPa in a diamond anvil cell using noble gas pressure media and demonstrates that Fe5Si3 is not stable at high temperature and pressure, but reappears during thermal quench. The isothermal equation of state at ambient temperature of Fe5Si3 is given by the bulk modulus KT,0 = 167 (8) and KT,0' = 5.1 (2)), with V0 = 56.29 cm3mol-1. Surface ligands play critical roles in determining the surface properties of metal clusters. However, modulating the properties and controlling the surface structure of clusters through surface‐capping agent displacement remain a challenge. In this work, a silver cluster, [Ag 14 (SPh(CF 3 ) 2 ) 12 (PPh 3 ) 4 (DMF) 4 ] ( Ag 14 ‐DMF , where HSPh(CF 3 ) 2 is 3,5‐bis(trifluoromethyl)benzenethiol, PPh 3 is triphenylphosphine and DMF is N,N‐Dimethylformamide), with weakly coordinated DMF ligands on the surface silver sites, was synthesized by using a mixed ligands strategy (bulky thiolates, phosphines and small solvents). In an early printed book, the presence of a large iconographic apparatus normally reveals a strong effort both in designing its shape and in the financial coverage needed to make it possible. Such effort can be fully explained by paying attention to the scope and target behind its conception. The two volumes of “Ritratti della Prosapia et heroi Moncadi nella Sicilia”, published in 1657 in Valencia, offer a notable example of the political exposure sought after by a noble family, that of Moncada, through the printing press technique and its power of circulation, combined with the attractiveness of family portraits. The nature of inter- and intramolecular interactions in F2OXe…HX (X= F, Cl, Br, I) complexes

Electronic structure of the XeOF2 molecule and its two complexes with HX (X= F, Cl, Br, I) molecules have been studied in the gas phase using quantum chemical topology methods: topological analysis of electron localization function (ELF), electron density, ρ(r), reduced gradient of electron density |RDG(r)| in real space, and symmetry adapted perturbation theory (SAPT) in the Hilbert space. The wave function has been approximated by the MP2 and DFT methods, using APF-D, B3LYP, M062X, and B2PLYP functionals, with the dispersion correction as proposed by Grimme (GD3). No to ostatnie Elżbieta w pełni zasługiwała za swoja postawę w latach 1733 - 1736 przetrwać trudne czasy wojny. W rzeczywistości stawiała czoła realnym, być może wyolbrzymionym zagrożeniom. Uwypukliło to takie cechy jej charakteru, jak zdecydowanie, zaradność, i odporność na sytuacje kryzysowe. Elżbieta z Branickich Tarłowa potrafiła dbać o siebie, męża i majątek rodzinny.

This review article explored the catalytic degradation of phenol and some phenols derivates by means of advanced oxidation processes (AOPs). Among them, only the heterogeneous catalyzed processes based on catalytic wet peroxide oxidation. catalytic ozonation and catalytic wet oxidation were reviewed. Also selected recent examples about heterogeneous photocatalytic AOPs; will be presented.
