However, few meta-analyses of research on social cognitive theories in health contexts have conducted simultaneous tests of theoretically-stipulated pattern effects using path analysis. The purpose of this cross-sectional investigation was to examine the item characteristics, factor structure, reliability, convergent validity, and nomological validity of the Psychobiosocial States in Physical Education (PBS-SPE) scale. In Study 1, a sample of 1,030 students (582 girls and 448 boys, 10 to 19-year-olds), drawn from middle or high schools, rated the intensity of the 20 items version of the PBS-SPE scale thinking about the feelings they had usually experienced in physical education classes. Il saggio si propone di affermare una linea di metodo per la quale l'interprete che si confronti con le molteplici e multiformi sfaccettature che la prassi mercantile, per soddisfare i bisogni del commercio, imprime alle operazioni contrattuali, deve sempre costantemente rivedere le precedenti acquisizioni, per saggiarne la tenuta di fronte all'evoluzione dei traffici. Allo scopo si sofferma su due ipotesi di scuola ripetutamente affrontate dalla dottrina, talora con esiti davvero pregevoli: il contratto autonomo di garanzia e le polizze fideiussorie.
