Abstract Background To examine how the knowledge transfer processes unfolded within SCIROCCO, a EU funded project (3rd Health Programme (2014–2020)) that aimed to facilitate the process of knowledge sharing across five European regions, to speed up adoption and scaling-up of integrated care initiatives. Methods A qualitative multi-method design was used. Data collection methods included focus groups, project documents and action plans of the regions. Climate and cultural aspects in intensive care units

Research carried out in the field of work and organisational psychology shows that work unit climate and culture are important determinants of work unit performance. We briefly summarise what we have learnt about the climate-performance relationship in work units distinct from ICUs. Then, we show how the ICU culture can be measured, and summarise research on the culture-performance relationship in ICUs.

Nuestro objetivo es estudiar los nombres propios que los profesionales de la sanidad utilizan para referirse y dirigirse a los pacientes en la atención asistencial. Para realizar esta investigación hemos elaborado primeramente, un gran corpus de antropónimos empleados en este tipo de interacción a partir de múltiples fuentes.
