Bakalaura darba tēma “Kriptovalūtas saistība ar noziedzīgas mantas legalizāciju” sniedz ieskatu par kriptovalūtas tiesiskā regulējuma trūkumu Latvijā. Darbā tiek aplūkota kriptovalūtas jēdziena attīstība normatīvajos tiesību aktos un sastāva pazīmes noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizēšanā, izmantojot kriptovalūtu. Problēma ir tiesiskā regulējuma trūkumā, lai efektīvi ierobežotu kriptovalūtas izmantošanu noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizēšanā un šo noziegumu atklāšanā. Viscario vulgaris-Quercetum petraeae Stöcker (1965) in the Opawskie Mts (Eastern Sudetes)

Abstract Results of phytosociological studies conducted in the southern part of Opole Silesia within the Sudetes mountain range in 2014-2015 are presented. The main aim of our research was to confirm the occurrence of Viscario vulgaris-Quercetum petraeae Stöcker 1965, which had previously been noted in Poland only within the Central Sudetes Foothills in Lower Silesia province. Two additional sites of this extremely rare in Poland plant association were confirmed, located within the Opawskie Mts in Opole province. Nuclear Energy Density Optimization: UNEDF2

The parameters of the UNEDF2 nuclear energy density functional (EDF) model were obtained in an optimization to experimental data consisting of nuclear binding energies, proton radii, odd-even mass staggering data, fission-isomer excitation energies, and single particle energies. In addition to parameter optimization, sensitivity analysis was done to obtain parameter uncertainties and correlations. The resulting UNEDF2 is an all-around EDF. However, the sensitivity analysis also demonstrated that the limits of current Skyrme-like EDFs have been reached and that novel approaches are called for.

Anomalous localized resonance using a folded geometry in three dimensions

If a body of dielectric material is coated by a plasmonic structure of negative dielectric material with nonzero loss parameter, then cloaking by anomalous localized resonance (CALR) may occur as the loss parameter tends to zero. It was proved in other papers by authors that if the coated structure is circular (2D) and dielectric constant of the shell is a negative constant (with loss parameter), then CALR occurs, and if the coated structure is spherical (3D), then CALR does not occur. Synthesis, X-ray Structure, Antimicrobial and Anticancer Activity of a Novel [Ag(ethyl-3-quinolate)2(citrate)] Complex

A novel Ag(I) citrate complex with ethyl-3-quinolate (Et3qu) was synthesized. Its structure was confirmed using X-ray single crystal to be [Ag(Et3qu)2(citrate)]. It crystallized in the Triclinic crystal system and P-1 space group with unit cell parameters of a = 8.6475(2) Å, b = 11.4426(3) Å, c = 15.2256(3) Å, α = 73.636(2)°, β = 79.692(2)° and γ = 86.832(2)°, while the unit cell volume was 1422.19(6) Å3. In the unit cell, there are two [Ag(Et3qu)2(citrate)] molecules and one unit as the asymmetric formula. One diode circuital model of light soaking phenomena in Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells

Abstract In this work, we report on the modelling of light soaking effect on Ruthenium-based Dye Sensitized Solar cells (DSSCs). Such a phenomenon can be detected when exposing the cells at increasing hours of illumination and produces a reversible performance increase. Starting from the results obtained through the electro-optical characterization of the cells, we applied a one-diode circuital-model. Our results show a good agreement between the experimental and the simulated data, with a mean square error in the order of 10−12 and a maximum error in current lower than 0.6%. Erkki Kurenniemi (10.7.1941 – 1.5.2017) on kansainvälisesti tunnetuimpia suomalaisia musiikin avantgardisteja. Kuitenkin kesti kauan ennen kuin hänen arvonsa Suomessa tunnustettiin. Vasta 2000-luvulla häntä palkittiin ja hänen tuotantoaan ja toimintaansa alettiin laajemmin tutkia. Kurenniemen toimintakenttä taiteen alalla oli laaja käsittäen elektronisia soittimia ja sävellyksiä, elokuvia, mediataidetta ja tiedefantasioita. Kurenniemi oli koulutukseltaan fyysikko. Modified ent-Abietane Diterpenoids from the Leaves of Suregada zanzibariensis

The leaf extract of Suregada zanzibariensis gave two new modified ent-abietane diterpenoids, zanzibariolides A (1) and B (2), and two known triterpenoids, simiarenol (3) and β-amyrin (4). The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated based on NMR and MS data analysis. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction was used to establish the absolute configurations of compounds 1 and 2. The crude leaf extract inhibited the infectivity of herpes simplex virus 2 (HSV-2, IC50 11.5 μg/mL) and showed toxicity on African green monkey kidney (GMK AH1) cells at CC50 52 μg/mL. Do social networks bridge political divides? The analysis of VKontakte social network communication in Ukraine

New electronic forms of political communication have become increasingly popular in countries with weak democratic institutions. The effectiveness of these new forms of association in altering political behavior, however, remains uncertain even in developed democratic regimes. This paper investigates connections between regional variation in electoral behavior and regional distribution of electronic social networks in the case of Ukraine's polarized and institutionally unstable democracy.
