Complexity in solving real-world multicriteria optimization problems often stems from the fact that complex, expensive, and/or time-consuming simulation tools or physical experiments are used to evaluate solutions to a problem. In such settings, it is common to use efficient computational models, often known as surrogates or metamodels, to approximate the outcome (objective or constraint function value) of a simulation or physical experiment. Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Kontrabanda organizētā grupā”. Darba mērķis ir pētīt kontrabandas noziedzīgus nodarījumus, kas pastrādāti organizētā grupā Krimināllikuma 190.panta izpratnē (ar grozījumiem, kas stājās spēkā ar 2015.gada 3.decembri). Aplūkot kontrabandas rašanās vēsturi, sākot no 1903.gada līdz mūsdienām. Izpētīt tās attīstību un problemātiku, mainoties politiskai un ekonomiskai situācijai. Autore veiks kontrabandas pamatsastāva un kvalificējošo pazīmju analīzi. Mēģinās izprast kontrabandas krimināltiesisko atbildību un tās atšķirību no administratīvā pārkāpuma. Darbā tiks veikts kontrabandas jēdziena salīdzinājums ar ārvalstu krimināltiesībām.

Abstract English lessons have been compulsory in French medical schools since the 18th March 1992 bill. Objectives: The aim of this work is to describe the characteristics of this teaching programme as it exists in 2005. Methods: A questionnaire designed by experts in the teaching of medical English was sent to the 41 medical schools in Metropolitan France. The questionnaire covered five different areas (the number of hours of lessons, of students and of teachers; evaluation and marking methods; lesson contents and pedagogical methods; student and teacher profiles; the teaching of English for postgraduate students). Il saggio descrive molte delle opere d'arte del XIV e XV secolo esposte in mostra (dipinti su tavola, sculture lignee, oggetti in argento con smalti, cofanetti in avorio e legno), di fattura locale, italiana, cipriota-egea, iberica, francese e tedesca, tutte provenienti dalla Sicilia, alcune legate alla famiglia Chiaromonte. The essay describes many of the 14th and 15th century works of art on display (paintings on wood, wooden sculptures, silver objects with enamels, ivory and wooden boxes), of local, Italian, Cypriot-egean, Iberian, French and German manufacture, all from Sicily, some related to the Chiaromonte family.
