Abstract Objectives Although parental burnout can have detrimental consequences to families, the investigation of the syndrome is still in its infancy. The present study investigated what are the key family background variables that contribute to parental burnout among Finnish parents. Expectations provide organizations with information and cues about their stakeholders’ and publics’ values, interests, experiences, and knowledge. This chapter argues for a move that takes expectations beyond the current cursory level for different areas of public relations—reputation management, corporate responsibility, issues management, and legitimacy—toward explicit theoretical understanding and models for addressing expectations. Yhteisten fyysisten työtilojen sijaan tavataan digitaalisissa viestintäympäristöissä ja monenlaiset vuorovaikutusteknologiset alustat ovat tulleet laajalti tutuiksi. Kuluvan vuoden lokakuussa puolustin viestinnän alan väitöskirjaani eittämättä ajankohtaisesta aiheesta, vuorovaikutusteknologiasta työyhteisössä. In autumn 2015, it was announced that the government would execute massive budget cuts to education. This was due to the efforts of the new government to save money and balance the state economics. The amount of money that the state intended to save from the basic education, also known as primary and lower secondary schools nationwide was estimated to be around 40 million euros. 30 million euros out 40 million euro savings was from group size money and 10 million of development money.
