Master's thesis in Social science (SV505) Formålet med denne oppgaven er å undersøke hvordan vi kan forstå framvoksende konflikter i vindkraftutbygging fra kommunale myndigheters perspektiv. Studien har et kvalitativt design og er basert på intervjuer med fire sentrale personer fra Evje og Hornnes kommune, to politikere, kommunedirektøren og en som er tilknyttet det politiske miljøet i kommunen. I tillegg trekkes også NVEs forslag til nasjonal ramme og kommunens høringssvar på denne, som viktige dokumenter for studien. Dette er den første delrapporten i prosjektet "Evaluering av forsøk i Hå kommune". Høgskolen i Agder har i 2 år fulgt arbeidet med forsøk i Hå. Etter at forsøket er avsluttet sommeren 2002, skal analyser av innsamlede data gjøres ferdig, og det skal skrives sluttrapport om evalueringsarbeidet. Denne rapporten gjør rede for den første breddestudien i evalueringa. I rapporten gjøres det rede for hvilke avvik Hå kommune har søkt fra L 97, opplæringslov og arbeidstidsavtale. Rutiner for systematisk studentevaluering av undervisningen i høyere utdanning er noe som i følge den nye kvalitetsreformen vil få større plass på universiteter og høgskoler fra og med studieåret 2003. Mange av disse institusjonene har erfaringer med å la studentene foreta en slik evaluering av undervisningen midtveis eller på slutten av et semester eller studieår. Men et system for studentenes daglige tilbakemeldinger på undervisningen, og sitt eget læringsutbytte av denne, er det grunn til å tro er både lite anvendt og systematisert. In this article I discuss theatre’s scope of action after the 2011 terror attacks in Norway (“22. July”), with an emphasis on independent theatre, aesthetic heteronomy and the public sphere. A theatre manager’s (Jon Refsdal Moe) retrospect account of and reflections upon a case of self-censoring is the starting point for my (re-)examination of the arguments and dynamics concerning some of the most prominent contentious 22. July performances. I discuss how the controversies can be understood and dealt with, and how they are connected to theatre’s scope of action and place in society today.
