Multichannel functional testing in normal subjects, glaucoma suspects, and glaucoma patients

Purpose.: To evaluate visual function with a novel multichannel functional test named the ATD Multichannel Functional Test. Methods.: This multicenter study had a prospective and cross-sectional design. A total of 186 eyes were included: 42 with glaucoma, 14 glaucoma suspects due to optic nerve characteristics, 25 ocular hypertensives, and 105 normal eyes. All patients performed standard visual fields (Humphrey 24-2) and ATD with eight stimuli configurations: four achromatic (A), two red-green (T), and two blue-yellow (D). We studied the prevalences of video game use (VGU) and addiction (VGA) in gambling disorder (GD) patients and compared them with subjects with non-video game use (non-VGU) in relation to their gambling behavior, psychopathology, and personality characteristics.Method. A sample of 193 GD patients (121 non-VGU, 43 VGU, and 29 VGA) consecutively admitted to our pathological gambling unit participated in the study.Assessment. Bakalaura darbs aplūko veidus, kā antidepresantu lietotāji pamato medikamentu izmantošanu vai atmešanu. Šim mērķim tiek detalizēti pētīti informantu saslimšanas skaidrojošie modeļi, kā arī, kādu ietekmi uz tiem atstāj vēršanās pie veselības aprūpes speciālistiem. Pētījumā datu iegūšanai izmantotas daļēji strukturētas intervijas, kas balstītas uz Artūra Kleinmana izstrādāto jautājumu shēmu. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka antidepresantu lietošana ir ļoti komplicēta, un katrs gadījums ir specifisks. Consistency between GRUAN sondes, LBLRTM and IASI

Abstract. Radiosonde soundings from the GCOS Reference Upper-Air Network (GRUAN) data record are shown to be consistent with Infrared Atmospheric Sounding Instrument (IASI)-measured radiances via LBLRTM (Line-By-Line Radiative Transfer Model) in the part of the spectrum that is mostly affected by water vapour absorption in the upper troposphere (from 700 hPa up). This result is key for climate data records, since GRUAN, IASI and LBLRTM constitute reference measurements or a reference radiative transfer model in each of their fields. Przedmiotem niniejszego tekstu jest ustalenie, czy art. 9a ustawy o Krajowej Radzie Sądownictwa jest zgodny z Konstytucją RP. W celu udzielenia odpowiedzi na to pytanie przeanalizowano relacje, jakie powinny panować pomiędzy poszczególnymi władzami w systemie opartym o zasadę podziału władz. Następnie rozwiano wątpliwości co do tego, czy KRS jest organem występującym w pionie władzy sądowniczej.
