Viimeistään 1900-luvulta lähtien on ajateltu, että yhteinen sukunimi symboloi suomalaista perhettä julkisissa yhteyksissä ja muodostaa perheenjäsenten yhteisen identiteetin perustekijän. Suomen lainsäädännön mukaan naiset olivat kuitenkin velvollisia ottamaan aviomiehensä sukunimen vain lyhyen aikaa, 1930-luvulta 1980-luvulle ulottuvalla ajanjaksolla. International audience; [Context]Naming a product is giving it an identity (Lobin, 2016); when it comes to wines it is offering them, the possibility to be easily discriminated and to catch the clients’ attention. This contribution aims at analyzing the naming of organic wines in two countries: France and Germany. If naming generic wines has already been investigated especially from a lexical point of view (Herling, 2015), wine names from the organic wine industry have for the time being been left aside. Each less known addition to the collection of authentic Livonian language materials is very valuable, and a small contribution can also be made by Juris Plāķis’ publication about Latvian, i.e., Courland toponyms, among which Livonian ones can be found as well. This collection includes toponyms collected by J. Plāķis himself, toponyms from Augusts Bīlenšteins’ onomastic materials, as well as toponyms which have been sent in to the Folklore depository by pupils from different parishes. <p>Przedmiotem artykułu są nazwy produktów cukierniczych, które jako chrematonimy sytuują się na pograniczu nazw własnych. Materiał wyekscerpowany został z różnych blogów kulinarnych, dostępnych w latach 2017–2018. Cel rozważań to odpowiedź na pytania z zakresu onomastyki, gdzie jest granica między nazwą własną a pospolitą i czy jest możliwe precyzyjne jej wyznaczenie. Analiza semantyczna onimów, określenie ich funkcji (marketingowo-perswazyjnej) i testy gramatyczne (test orzecznikowy i zaimkowy), którym poddano poszczególne jednostki, prowadzą do podziału nazw produktów na trzy grupy: nazwy pospolite, nazwy pospolite z członem dyferencjalnym i nazwy własne. Resum: El present treball consisteix en l’edició filològica d’un text de 1643 i en el seu estudi onomàstic i lingüístic. El document recull una sèrie de declaracions sobre el dret ancestral de la ciutat d’Oriola a l’ús comercial del tram de costa que pertany al seu terme; és resultat d’un contenciós amb la ciutat d’Alacant, que nega a Oriola el dret a usar la seua façana marítima amb tal objectiu. Throughout the twenty volumes of his monumental novel series, Emile Zola carefully chose his characters’ family names and given names, looking for clues in authentic documents or inventing some new anthroponyms himself. The main principle of the relation between a character and his/her family name is the name’s meaning and the symbolical significance hidden in its phonetic and semantic structure. As far as the given names are concerned, their choice usually seems to be determined by irony, the writer’s favorite literary technique.
