Development of sport and school burnout among student-athletes across the first year of upper secondary school : different methodological perspectives

The present research investigated the co-development of sport and school burnout symptoms (sport- or school-related exhaustion, cynicism, and feelings of inadequacy) among student-athletes during the first year of upper secondary school. Furthermore, the environment- and individual-related predictors of sport and school burnout were examined. The participants were student- athletes (Ntime 1=391; Ntime 2=373) from six Finnish upper secondary sport schools and their 260 mothers and 188 fathers. This study aimed to explore the admitted students of Finnish primary teacher education programmes from the viewpoint of learning strategies, and academic success. An overall view was derived from national register data, which were supplemented with questionnaire data gathered from three teacher education units (N = 216). Primary teacher programmes currently seem to attract and select mediocre secondary school graduates from academic perspective, contrary to previous studies. Osaamistavoitteet Iuokanopettajakoulutuksen opetussuunnitelmissa : näkökulmana Moniulotteinen opettajan osaamisen prosessimalli

Tässä tutkimuksessa analysoitiin kahden yliopiston luokanopettajakoulutuksen opetussuunnitelmatekstejä selvittäen, miten tekstien sisältämät tavoitteet ilmentävät opettajan työssä olennaisia osaamisalueita. Analyysi toteutettiin teoriaohiaavalla sisällönanalyysillä, joka nojasi kehittämäämme Moniulotteiseen opettajan osaamisen prosessimalliin (MAP). The activity area-based curriculum model (AACM) is used in the Finnish basic education to support pupils—most of whom have profound intellectual and multiple disabilities (PIMD)—who could benefit more from skills that advance independent life coping. Elinympäristöön liittyvä analytiikka yliopisto-opetuksessa

Tutkielmassa käydään läpi vesianalyysin vaiheita sekä menetelmiä, ja niitä tarkastellaan yliopisto-opintoihin soveltuvuuden pohjalta. Tämän lisäksi työssä esitellään projektioppimisen menetelmä, jota tarkastellaan opetuksen ja oppimisen lähtökohdista. Tutkielman pohjalta luotiin projektioppimiseen pohjautuva analyyttisen kemian laboratoriotyö, jonka toteutus vastaa Jyväskylän yliopiston LuK-tutkinnossa asetettuihin tieteen opetuksen ja oppimisen tavoitteisiin. Näiden tavoitteiden täyttymistä arvioidaan muissa yliopistoissa toteutettujen projektioppimistutkimusten tulosten pohjalta.
