The category of the system of government in Poland requires reference to ‘the governance style’ of the right, and to the tendency that has appeared in international politics in recent years to call it populist nationalism. The objective of this paper is to show that in the case of Poland after 2015, the thesis of the retreat of democracy has no factual grounds, and it can be countered through the use of evidence. The system of government in Poland after the Law and Justice party came to power cannot be described as a contradiction to democracy. Citizens are not being manipulated and deceived. Even if Leibniz didn’t have the opportunity to actually conceive an explicit modal logic system, remains the fact that he had worked out a modal metaphysics, of which the inaugural act, in his Elementa juris naturalis (c. 1671) was an obvious reference to the Apulean square of opposition. Later, scholars acknowledged in this passage probably one of the first sketch of deontic logic of norms. No obstante, en raras ocasiones se analiza la conjunción de estos elementos y las muchas exigencias jurídicas que se derivan. Este artículo analiza la evolución de la renta feudal de un señorío valenciano particularmente bien documentado, el marquesado de Llombai, posesión de los duques de Gandía, en un período muy extenso que va de 1486 a 1819. Se estudia la renta nominal (tanto bruta como la neta, es decir la cantidad que percibía efectivamente el señor) y la renta real o deflactada, que es la más interesante, ya que tiene en cuenta el efecto de la evolución de los precios.
