Latvijā dabisko zālāju izplatība ir vērtējama kā ļoti maza, jo tie veido aptuveni 0,7% no valsts kopējās teritorijas. Mūsdienās meža cūku rakumu sastopamība apsaimniekotos un neapsaimniekotos dabiskos zālājos ir viens no aktuāliem jautājumiem dabisko zālāju aizsardzības stāvokļa novērtēšanā, jo meža cūku rakumi ietekmē vairākas zemnieku saimniecības, apgrūtinot apsaimniekotājiem zāles novākšanu un samazinot kvalitāti lopbarībai lauksaimniecības teritorijās. Turklāt neapsaimniekotos zālājos meža cūku rakumi samazina zālāja atjaunošanas potenciālu, tādējādi samazinot biotopa atjaunošanās efektivitāti un apsaimniekošanas uzsākšanu. In this article, we present an overview of the present state of the art of the theory of high-resolution spherical-top spectra in the framework of the effective Hamiltonian approach. We describe the specific features of this class of molecules to explain the basic concepts of the theoretical methods used for the analysis (line positions and intensities) and the simulation of absorption (including pure rotation) and Raman spectra of such species. Dopo aver definito la complessità del concetto di famiglia nel mondo occidentale contemporaneo, l'articolo tratta del ruolo delle prime relazioni significative e di attaccamento nello sviluppo e nell'apprendimento dei bambini fin dai primi mesi di vita. In una prospettiva intersoggettiva e psicopedagogica il bambino è visto come attivo e partecipe nella relazione e viene sottolineata l’importanza di caregivers attenti e in ascolto, capaci di sintonizzarsi e di rimandare un senso di autoefficacia.

Purpose Sleep restriction is increasingly common and associated with the development of health problems. We investigated how the neuroendocrine stress systems respond to prolonged sleep restriction and subsequent recovery sleep in healthy young men. Methods After two baseline (BL) nights of 8 h time in bed (TIB), TIB was restricted to 4 h per night for five nights (sleep restriction, SR, n = 15), followed by three recovery nights (REC) of 8 h TIB, representing a busy workweek and a recovery weekend. Alaselkäkipu on yleinen vaiva ja yksi merkittävimmistä yksilön toimintakykyä rajoittavista tekijöistä. Kroonistuneen alaselkäkivun kuntoutuksessa suositellaan aktiivista kuntoutusta, jossa yhdistyvät fyysinen harjoittelu ja moniammatillinen biopsykososiaalinen kuntoutus. Biopsykososiaalisessa lähestymistavassa vuorovaikutus ja asiakaskeskeisyys ovat tärkeässä roolissa hoitoon sitoutumiselle ja sen onnistumiselle.
