To support school improvement, understanding the mechanisms that enhance teachers’ engagement in professional learning activities within schools over time is paramount. The purpose of this three-wave longitudinal study is to examine the role of workplace conditions (school leaders’ vision building and teams’ shared goals), in supporting teachers’ engagement in information sharing over time. To test the directionality of the relationships between the concepts, we analyzed survey data from 655 vocational education and training teachers in the Netherlands using a cross-lagged panel model. The main objective of this work was to study the motivational antecedents of the intention to drop out of youth sport from the postulates of the achievement goal theory (AGT), placing special emphasis on the motivational climate that coaches create in their teams. Abstract The molecular crystal (KBr) 0.47 (KCN) 0.53 has been investigated by elastic neutron diffraction at the transition from the paraelastic to the orientational glass state. The freezing temperature is characterized by the onset of a momentum transfer dependent broadening of the diffraction lines indicating the transition from a crystalline to an amorphous state.

El presente trabajo presenta una propuesta validada para elaborar un plan de acción tutorial para estudiantes universitarios con discapacidad. Por una parte, analiza las actuaciones tutoriales realizadas por los servicios de atención al estudiante con discapacidad de cuarenta universidades españolas, considerando sobre todo los momentos clave en la trayectoria del estudiante, que se vinculan con la promoción, la acogida, la permanencia y el egreso. Del análisis efectuado destaca llamativamente el que no existan planes de acción tutoriales, ni globales ni específicos, dirigidos al colectivo de estudiantes con discapacidad.
