The impact of early exposure to endocrine disruptor mixtures on mammary gland development is poorly known. Here, we identify the effects of a conception to weaning exposure of rats to the phytoestrogen genistein (G) and/or the antiandrogen vinclozolin (V) at 1 mg/kg-d, alone or in association. Using several approaches, we found that G- and GV-exposed rats displayed significantly greater epithelial branching and proliferation, wider terminal end buds than controls at PND35, as well as ductal hyperplasia and periductal fibrosis. Jerónimo Quijano fue un arquitecto español que destacó durante la etapa del Renacimiento Pleno en España en el tercio central del siglo XVI. Los edificios seleccionados principalmente son: iglesia de Santiago de Orihuela –Alicante– e iglesia de Santa María del Salvador de Chinchilla –Albacete–. En ambos se construyó una nueva cabecera renacentista e integrada en una nave gótica preexistente y en el caso de haber sido “acabadas” íntegramente con el criterio del maestro serían sin duda ejemplos claves del Renacimiento español. Background: DNA mismatch repair (MMR) defects are a major factor in colorectal tumorigenesis in Lynch syndrome (LS) and 15% of sporadic cases. Some adenomas from carriers of inherited MMR gene mutations have intact MMR protein expression implying other mechanisms accelerating tumorigenesis. We determined roles of DNA methylation changes and somatic mutations in cancer-associated genes as tumorigenic events in LS-associated colorectal adenomas with intact MMR.
