Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Eiropas Padomes un Parlamenta direktīvā (ES) 2019/790 par autortiesībām un blakustiesībām digitālajā vienotajā tirgū un ar ko groza Direktīvas 96/9/EK un 2001/29/EK ietvertā pienācīgas un samērīgas atlīdzības principa saturu, kā tas tiek ieviests Latvijas autortiesību regulējumā un kā tas atšķiras no taisnīgas atlīdzības jēdziena. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, tika pētīts atlīdzības regulējums Eiropas Savienības (ES), Latvijas un citu ES dalībvalstu nacionālajās tiesībās. Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Iespieddarbu reprogrāfiskā reproducēšana. Prakses robi.” Šie prakses robi mūsdienās ir ļoti aktuāli, jo vairums autoru savu intelektuālo jaunradi saista tieši ar peļņas gūšanu. Līdz ar to Latvijas likumdevējam normatīvajā regulējumā būtu beidzot jāizšķiras par vienotu sistēmu, kā un kādā apjomā autori saņemtu atlīdzību par savu ieguldījumu jaunrades procesā. Darba mērķi ir, pamatojoties uz Latvijas normatīvo regulējumu un citu speciālo literatūru, noskaidrot līdzšinējos problēmu cēloņus attiecībā uz to, kāpēc vairāk kā 15 gadus autori nesaņem taisnīgu atlīdzību par to, ka autoru iespieddarbi darbi tiek reprogrāfiski reproducēti. Aim: Ongoing climate warming has been widely reported to delay autumn phenology, which in turn impacts carbon, water, energy and nutrient balances at regional and global scales. However, the underlying mechanisms of autumn phenology responses to climate change have not been fully elucidated. The 2D:4D ratio is the quotient between the index and ring fin-ger lengths and is a non-direct indicator of androgenisation. If prenatal tes-tosterone levels in the amniotic fluid are high then the probability increases of developing lower ratio values. It has been suggested that people with au-tism spectrum disorders (ASD) and their parents may have highly andro-genised brains, and for this reason the 2D:4D ratio is used as a marker of such idiosyncrasies. The present paper aims to identify the causes of under-representation of women in E-sports. According to a genre perspective, interest in videogames at the amateur level is quite similar. However, in its professional level, female participation becomes very limited. The fact that physical effort is irrelevant (a requirement for ?traditional sports?) could be considered a variable that would negatively affect greater to equality in the conditions of access and participation of women in electronic sports.
