El proyecto de un pórtico clasicista para la iglesia de los Santos Juanes de Valencia y su impacto en el entorno urbano (1788-1856)

In the year 1788, the parish of Los Santos Juanes in Valencia proposed to the City Council the erection of same classical-style portico in order to beautify its outer eastern façade, surrounding the head of the temple and relying on the Plaza del Mercado. This portico was never built, but there would be an impact of such an architectural purpose in subsequent reform plans of that outstanding urban location.

Neurofeedback treatments have shown successful results in anxiety disorders. The effectiveness of a betal Neurofeedback protocol was tested in a longitudinal clinical case study. A participant suffering from an anxiety syndrome underwent 10 sessions of Neurofeedback, in a protocol consisting of uptraining the betal rhythm (16-21 Hz) while downtraining the theta (4-8 Hz) band. State anxiety and salivary cortisol levels were measured during each of the 10 sessions following a pre/post design. Purpose: To present early and midterm results of the periscope endograft (PG) technique to maintain left subclavian artery (LSA) blood flow in thoracic endovascular aortic repairs (TEVAR) involving zone 3. Methods: From April 2010 to January 2013, 14 consecutive high-risk patients (11 men; mean age 7068 years, range 56–87) underwent TEVAR with the PG technique for 10 thoracic aortic aneurysms (TAA), 2 traumatic aortic ruptures, and 2 aortic dissections without a suitable landing zone (.2 cm distal to the LSA). Pacjentka, lat 76, została skierowana do Uniwersyteckiego Szpitala Klinicznego w Opolu z powodu podejrzenia rozwarstwienia aorty wstępującej i tamponady osierdzia. Przy przyjęciu chora w stanie ogólnym skrajnie ciężkim, z objawami głębokiego wstrząsu, niestabilna hemodynamicznie oraz wentylowana mechanicznie. W wykonanym doraźnie badaniu angio-TK stwierdzono rozwarstwienie aorty zstępującej z pękniętym tętniakiem w jej środkowym i dolnym odcinku oraz duży krwiak lewej jamy opłucnowej. Ze względu na znaczną szerokość aorty zstępującej, nawet w jej początkowym odcinku oraz aorty brzusznej powyżej pnia trzewnego do zaopatrzenia tętniaka potrzebne są dwa elementy stentgraftów o średnicy 46 mm. …

Le modifiche apportate al delitto di traffico d’influenze illecite ad opera della legge n. 3/2019 hanno accentuato il deficit di determinatezza che già caratterizzava la fattispecie sin dalla sua introduzione, delineando un modello di incriminazione incapace di selezionare le condotte di intermediazione penalmente rilevanti distinguendole dalla attività di lobbying consentita.
