Darba mērķis ir pierādīt, ka, neskatoties uz to, ka zvērināti notāri ir tiesu sistēmas juridiskā profesija, kuras funkciju pildīšana pamatā tiek saistīta ar privāttiesību jomu, notāru profesionālā darbība atstāj ietekmi arī uz personas sociālo jomu dzīvē. To autore centīsies panākt, analizējot visu zvērināta notāra profesiju, bet, pastiprināti pievēršot uzmanību, zvērinātu notāru lomai laulībā, proti, analizējot laulību šķiršanu zvērinātu notāru izpildījumā, kā arī pētot, vai zvērinātiem notāriem vajadzētu ļaut slēgt laulības.

In this article, Jaroslav Hašek’s bigamy will be discussed from two points of view – the biographical and legal ones. In almost every writer’s biography, the fact of his marrying two women is mentioned, but it is also quickly dismissed with only a few words of explanation. In the author’s opinion, after almost a hundred years following Hašek’s death, the case of his bigamy deserves proper interpretation.

Our analysis focuses on the symbolism of Marilyn Monroe in the context of the Polish cinema of the end of communism and the desires and fantasies it arouses. Drawing on the Polish representation of Hollywood's star in the Polish film Train to Hollywood, directed by Radoslaw Piwowarski in 1987, we propose here a reflection on the femininity, but also the theatrical and subversive dimension of Eros.
Epidemiology of Q fever in Italy and in other Mediterranean countries

Abstract The history of Q fever in Italy may be divided into three periods: epidemic in character after the Second World War, endemic occurrence from 1960 to 1980, and sporadic occurrence at present. Clinical symptoms are unspecific, and diagnosis must be confirmed by serology and isolation of the causative agent. The reported incidence is consequently underestimated. Results are reported of a seroepidemiologic survey in animals and humans in the Italian region and western Sicily. In the Mediterranean area several epidemic foci are still present. Jouko Laaksamo tutkii Usko Meriläisen tuotantoa vuodesta 1963 alkaen, jolloin säveltäjä siirtyi rivimusiikista kohti vapaammin hahmottuvia musiikillisia rakenteita. Laaksamo tarkastelee musiikkianalyysin keinoin teosten muotorakenteita sekä musiikin eri elementtien (melodis-motiivinen työskentely, harmonia, rytmi, sointi) välistä tasavertaisuutta. Hän myös selvittää, kuinka Meriläinen säveltää, ja kuinka hänen sävellystyylinsä muuttuu tarkasteltavan ajanjakson aikana.
