MUV: A Game to Encourage Sustainable Mobility Habits

This working paper investigates the question of changing people mobility towards more sustainable habits involving them in an engaging gameplay. The work is performed within MUV H2020 research and innovation action. The game design, definition and features have been co-created through the involvement of different citizens and stakeholders in six European neighbourhoods. The paper discusses the game design as resulting from co-creation and co-design experiences with each neighbourhood communities involved in initial phases. This article regards urban planning as a form of storytelling and argues that there is significance in whose stories and which storylines are acknowledged to belong to the narrative fabric of a place and how the stories of future districts are communicated to the public through narratives during a planning project. Quality-control procedure for dry-process rubberised asphalt mastics

Crumb Rubber (CR) can be incorporated into asphalt mixes via the dry process by directly adding CR into the mixer together with other asphalt mixture’s components, or with the wet process where the CR is used as a bitumen modifier. While the wet process allows an accurate monitoring of the interaction between CR and bitumen, the lack of control represents a main issue in the dry process. Introduction. Futsal has grown notably in last years and have over 12 million players worldwide. Futsal is a high-intensity indoor sport where burst of multi-planar movements varies with short periods of rest. Futsal is played on a court sized 40 x 20 m for two halves of 20 min, where clock is stopped when ball is out of play. Purpose of this study was to find out physical performance of Finnish futsal players and analyse intensity and fatigue in official futsal games. Methods.
