Le modifiche apportate al delitto di traffico d’influenze illecite ad opera della legge n. 3/2019 hanno accentuato il deficit di determinatezza che già caratterizzava la fattispecie sin dalla sua introduzione, delineando un modello di incriminazione incapace di selezionare le condotte di intermediazione penalmente rilevanti distinguendole dalla attività di lobbying consentita. This paper addresses traffic modeling issues at urban multi-lane roundabouts where, despite circulating vehicles have priority, negotiation of the right-of-way can occur between antagonist traffic flows, as a result of minor drivers’ failing to obey the nominal operating rule (stop or yield control). Coach-athlete perceived congruence between actual and desired emotions in karate competition and training

Coaches can help athletes regulate emotions but would benefit from tools that help them accurately perceive athletes' emotions. In the present study, we investigated the use of video-recorded performances to compare 3 martial artists' ratings of desired and actual emotions with their coach's ratings. Results show how desired emotions progressively fluctuated throughout competition. Furthermore, desired and actual emotions differed between training and performance contexts. Finally, we report correlations between performance and perceived congruence in desired and actual emotions.
